The pattern should read as foll:
Half Brioche Rib
Row 1: K1 (edge st), (k1, p1) to last st, k1, k1 (edge st).
Rows 2 and 4: Sl1 (edge st), work each st as it appears, so k the k sts and p the p sts, to last st, k1 (edge st).
Row 3: Sl1, (k1b, p1) to last 2 sts, k2.
In the Back section pattern should read as foll:
Rows 3 and 4: Sl1, (sl1p wyif, k1) to last 2 sts, k2.

Pattern is also wrong in the number of repeats for the back raglan. Each repeat is 10 rows with 8 stitches being decreased per repeat. Smallest size says 10 repeats altogether so 80 stitches decreased; but you only have 71 stitches to play with! Also 100 rows would make the raglan 20 cm long instead of 10. Suggest it should read
“Rep from ** to ** 4 [5:6] times more”
You will then have decreased 40 stitches for the smallest size which is correct
