Row 2: Purl.

Row 3: Knit.

Row 4: Purl.

Rep last four rows 8[12:17] more times. 148[165:189] sts.

Sizes 4 and 5 ONLY

Cont to inc on every alt row as foll:

Row 1: K8, KFB, k to last 8 sts, KBF, k8. 150[167] sts.

Row 2:  Purl

Rep last two rows 16[9] more times. 182[185] sts.

Pm at each end of last row to mark position of cuff sts.
