Article

Over the past couple of years the knitting community has been working hard to turn itself into a welcoming space for all people. In that spirit, this month we have challenged Knitting’s team of talented designers to come up with a selection of knits that will suit bodies of all shapes and sizes. We speak to designers who have made it their mission to make their styles available to everyone, including Karie Westermann and Ysolda Teague, and guest columnist Jo Allport looks at ways designers can incorporate different shapes and sizes into their work. There are inclusive designs by names including Kim McBrien Evans, Francesca Hughes and Jacinta Bowie, and we meet architecture-inspired Georgia Farrell, who shares one of the patterns from her latest book, My London, with you.

Best wishes,

Christine
